BUILD A USEFUL BATCH

One spreadsheet. A code for each destination.

Give every product, location or printed placement a separate row. A batch supports up to 100 codes; your account still needs enough saved-item capacity for the entire batch. The free trial includes 5 saved items shared across QR codes, barcodes and smart links. Membership has no saved-item limit.

Prepare the CSV

Export as UTF-8 CSV with a header row. Keep field IDs in English, even if your content uses another language. Use double quotes around a value that contains a comma or line break, and double any quote inside that value.

Review before saving

Check each row’s name, content type and validation status. Nothing is saved until you sign in and choose Save & download ZIP. If the batch exceeds your account allowance, no rows in it are saved.

Download and test

The ZIP contains one SVG per code and a JSON destination manifest. Scan representative downloads on real phones and test your print materials. These content checks do not simulate every camera or printing condition.

CSV fields you can start with

The type header is required. An empty type value defaults to url. Use name as the saved item’s label; for a business card or event, it also supplies the person’s name or event title.

Before you create a batch

Can one batch mix static and dynamic codes?

Yes. With dynamic mode enabled, website-based destinations and WhatsApp links become dynamic. Wi-Fi, text, contacts and other non-web content remain static. The review list shows each row’s mode. Dynamic destinations require an active trial or membership.

Can I apply a logo or custom style to every row?

This batch tool starts with a plain black-and-white design without a logo. Edit individual saved codes in your workspace to customize their appearance. For one branded code, use the logo QR generator.

What if the ZIP download fails?

Once saving succeeds, the codes are already in your workspace. Use Download ZIP to try again without saving duplicates, or open QR codes to download them there. Choose Start a new batch only when you want to create more codes.

Does my CSV stay private?

The preview processes CSV content in your browser. When you save, the row values are sent to Scanvoya and stored in your workspace. Static codes and their manifest can contain the original text, contact details or Wi-Fi password: share the ZIP only with the intended people.
