A useful menu code takes guests straight to something they can read on their phone.
01
Link your online menu
Use your restaurant’s menu page if you update dishes, prices or availability often. A mobile-friendly page is easier to read than a large desktop layout.
Paste the public URL above. If your website keeps that address, menu updates appear there without changing the QR code.
02
Share a PDF menu
Already have a designed menu? Paste its public PDF link or sign in to upload it. Use readable type and compress large photos so the file opens comfortably on mobile data.
Choose a dynamic code if a revised file will have a new URL. See the PDF guide

FROM LINK TO TABLE CARD
Make it. Save it. Try it at a table.
A quick check in your actual dining room matters more than a perfect preview on a large screen.
Choose the destination
Open the menu on your phone first. Keep dynamic mode on if you want to change its address later, and name the saved code after its placement.
Save and download
Customize the code, let the scan check finish, then save it to your account. Download PNG, SVG or PDF from QR codes in your workspace.
Test the final print
Try more than one phone under your restaurant’s lighting. Check the finished material, including any laminate, and confirm that the menu opens.
Yes, when you save it as a dynamic QR code. Open QR codes in your workspace, edit the destination and save. If you update the menu at its existing web address, even a static code can continue to open that same address. A static code cannot be repointed to a different address.
Do guests need an app to view my menu?
Most modern phones can read a QR code with their camera. Guests need an internet connection to open your online menu or PDF. Keep a printed menu available for people who cannot or prefer not to scan.
Does Scanvoya include ordering or menu management?
Scanvoya connects a QR code to your existing menu, file or ordering page. It does not build an ordering system, process restaurant orders or edit the contents of your menu.
Can I see which table gets scanned?
A dynamic code records visits through its link. To compare placements, create a separate dynamic code for each table or area and give each a clear name. Reusing one code everywhere combines those visits. Visit counts are not a count of unique guests or orders.
What happens to a menu code after the trial?
An active membership is required to keep a Scanvoya dynamic menu link working after the trial. Without membership, new saves and downloads are also unavailable. A downloaded static code continues to encode the same address, but the menu or hosted file at that address must remain available.
CLEAR FROM THE START
Try it with your own content.
Your 7-day trial begins with your first saved QR code, barcode or smart link. It includes 5 saved items in total. No credit card is required to start.
After the trial, membership is required for new saves, downloads and active dynamic links. Membership includes unlimited saved items at US$14/month or US$88/year, plus applicable tax. It renews automatically until canceled.
