Terms of Service

1. The service and its operator

Scanvoya is operated by Frank as an individual. These terms apply to your use of scanvoya.com and its QR codes, barcodes, smart links and workspace tools. Contact: newlifebirdstudio@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms, or have any legally required permission. If you use Scanvoya for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

2. Your account and workspace

Use an email address or Google account you control. Protect access to your account and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the content and activity you authorize, including access you give to workspace collaborators.

Free accounts receive a 7-day trial starting with the first successful save of a QR code, barcode or smart link, shared across workspaces owned by the same account. After the trial, a paid membership is required to create new content, download saved codes or operate dynamic QR codes and smart links. Saved content is retained and can be used again after upgrading. Previously downloaded static codes cannot be disabled by Scanvoya. Free-workspace allowances are shown in the product. A published pricing page does not itself place an order or authorize a charge.

Memberships renew automatically at the price and interval confirmed at checkout. Current plan prices are US$14 monthly or US$88 yearly, excluding tax. Creem calculates and adds applicable taxes based on your billing location and displays the final total before you confirm payment. Applicable taxes also apply to renewals. Existing subscriptions follow the pricing and tax treatment confirmed for their purchase unless a change is communicated in accordance with applicable law. Payments are processed by Creem. You authorize recurring charges when you confirm your subscription with Creem. Available cards and digital wallets depend on your location, device and browser. Cancel future renewals from workspace Billing or the Creem customer portal; access continues through the period already paid for. Failed renewals may pause access after the paid period ends. 3. Your content and permitted use

You retain ownership of your content. You give Scanvoya permission to store, process, render and deliver it as needed to provide the features you use. This includes displaying content to your authorized collaborators and serving content through the links you share. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Only upload or link to material you have the right to use. Do not use Scanvoya for phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, unauthorized disclosure of personal information or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not disrupt the service or evade usage limits.

You may use generated codes in your business or personal projects, subject to rights in any logos, images or other materials they contain. Scanvoya’s name, branding and application remain their owners’ property.

4. Codes, links and downloads

A static code contains fixed content. A dynamic code uses a hosted redirect and depends on the Scanvoya service, domain and saved link remaining available. Disabling or deleting a link, reaching a visit limit, or applying a schedule can prevent access. A destination website may also change or stop working independently of Scanvoya.

Digital scan checks help identify readability issues but do not guarantee that every phone can read every printed or displayed code. Test the final exported code on actual phones and on the intended print material, size and lighting before distribution.

Downloaded files and printed codes are your responsibility to distribute accurately. Keep your original artwork, destination information and important exports. The service is not a guaranteed archival or backup system.

5. Sharing and visitor information

Public file URLs can be opened by anyone who has them. Dynamic-link protection does not secure a separately shared file URL. Do not use public sharing to store confidential information.

If you collect information through a linked destination or use visit analytics for your business, you are responsible for any notices, permissions and other obligations that apply to your use. Our Privacy Policy describes Scanvoya’s own processing.

6. Availability, changes and account closure

We work to keep Scanvoya available, but interruptions, maintenance and service changes can occur. No uninterrupted-service commitment or service-level agreement is included unless separately agreed in writing.

We may restrict unlawful or abusive activity or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow you to contact us about it. You may stop using Scanvoya at any time and request account closure at newlifebirdstudio@gmail.com.

7. Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose or remain error-free. We are not responsible for third-party destinations, content or services that we do not control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, these terms do not remove mandatory remedies that apply in your country. If an issue arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it.

8. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and give additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that already apply under mandatory law. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service and contact us about exporting or closing your account.
